The DC-modified Ford EcoSport carries several updates, both on its exterior and interior, which come together to bestow the popular compact SUV with more style. It maybe noted that the EcoSport is easily among the most well designed Ford cars in India. However, the very fact that this compact SUV has been selling like hot cakes means that as an owner of the EcoSport, you might be looking for some exclusivity to stand out in the crowd. Exterior
As can be made out from these images, DC’s EcoSport gets a comprehensively updated front fascia, which comprises of new headlamps that are positioned in the new front bumper and new LED DRLs that are positioned at a place which is originally meant for the headlamps. Other than these, the EcoSport also comes with a new wire mesh radiator grille. We believe that while this modified EcoSport gets a typical DC look it does look futuristic.
Interior
On the inside, DC Design has made quite a few changes to the EcoSport’s cabin and features list. Unlike the standard model, which is essentially a five seater, the DC modified EcoSport has space for only four passengers. Also, as can be seen in the image above, the front passenger seat can double up as a leg-rest for the rear seat passenger. As with most such modifications from DC, this model too gets electric adjustment for the rear seats, numerous LCD screens and rear AC vents. The cabin also gets ambient lighting.
This DC-modified EcoSport doesn’t get any mechanical updates, which means it won’t be any more powerful than the standard model. It is being said that price of this kit is approximately INR 5 lakhs.
