Every year during the festive season the Indian market gets flooded with special editions or limited editions of various cars and bikes and the latest manufacturer to join the limited edition bandwagon is Mitsubishi with the Pajero Sport Limited Edition. The Pajero Sport, which has performed decently for Mitsubishi, has been around for a year now in India hence the special edition.

Price
The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Limited Edition is priced at Rs. 23.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) which is around Rs. 49,000 more than the standard version.
Features
Minor exterior updates and additonal equipment for the passengers is what sets the Pajero Sport Anniversary Edition apart from the standard car:
- Dual tone paint shades- Red and White or Yellow and White like the ones seen on the Pajero SFX. Also available in plain white.
- Turn indicators integrated in the ORVMs
- Anniversary Edition badging
- DVD Infotainment system with headrest mounted screens for rear passengers.
- Chiller located in the boot.
The engine remains the same 2.5-litre, turbocharged, 4-cylinder diesel producing 178 BHP of power and 400 Nm torque mated to a 5-speed manual transmission with 4-wheel drive. According to official ARAI figures the car delivers a fuel efficiency of 12.8 KMPL.
The Pajero Sport Anniversary Edition is expected to boost the company’s sales in the country especially after the discontinuation of the Cedia, Outlander and the Evo X. The SUV competes with the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, Hyundai Santa Fe, Chevrolet Captiva, Ssanyong Rexton, etc.
