Bajaj Auto has launched the Bajaj Discover 150 Series of bikes in India. This includes the Bajaj Discover 150F and the Bajaj Docover 150S. These two variants will top the Discover range in India, which starts from the Discover 100 M and the 100T. The bikes feature premium styling to stand out from the plethora of offers in the 150cc commuter motorbike segment and comes very close to the Pulsar 150 DTS-i in terms of performance.

The 150S will be cheaper of the siblings, the 150F adds a half-fairing for added style.

What’s New?
The Discover 150 series of bikes get some minor styling changes to set them apart from the rest of the range, but have been mostly inspired by the 125 ST. The Discover 150S looks almost the same as the Discover 125, save for the body panel paint and stickers. The Discover 150F is set apart from the crowd thanks to the half-fairing, but apart from that it looks the same as the 150S.
Engine and Transmission
Both the bikes are powered by a 145-cc single cylinder engine which has a peak power output of 14 BHP @ 8500 RPM and peak torque of 12.74 Nm @ 6500 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission which employs an all-up shift. The official top pseed of the bike is 110 KMPH and the engine is rated to return 72 KMPL under standard test conditions.
The suspension duties are handled by 130-mm twin-telescopic forks at front and a 110-mm rear mono-shock. Braking is handled either by a 130-mm drum or a 240-mm petal disc brake at the front while the rear brake is a 130-mm drum. 17-inch alloy wheels shod with a 80-mm section tyre at the front and a 100-mm section tyre at the rear.
