The German luxury carmaker has launched a professional setup for driving enthusiasts to learn the skills of drifting
Driving and drifting enthusiasts can rejoice as the BMW M Drift Academy now opens in India. The German auto giant is known for making some of the most impressive performance vehicles for a long time now. In fact, it strikes a great balance between offering ultimate luxurious automobiles along with high-performance capabilities. Its M Division is specifically designed to create fire-breathing monsters for public roads. No wonder it is offering professional guidance for those who want to indulge themselves in learning the skills of drifting.
BMW M Drift Academy
As per the official press release, this experience opens up on the 26th and 27th April 2025, at the Raymonds compound, JK Gram, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra. The aim is to offer the interested drivers a taste of the thrill associated with this aspect of driving in a safe environment. What is even more enticing is the fact that BMW will have the M2 and M4 iconic vehicles to offer the drift experience to the visitors. For your support, experienced BMW-certified instructors will be present there.
The top skills these professional instructors will teach include Controlling, a Drift, Throttle Control, Maintaining a Drift, Exiting a Drift, Half Circle Drift, Exiting a Half Circle Drift with style, Full Circle Drift, Maintaining a Full Circle Drift (clockwise and anticlockwise) and Transition Drifting on a Figure 8. Not only that, there will also be an after-party to celebrate the occasion. There, participants will experience artists like The Yellow Diary, Karan Kanchan & the DJ duo Prithvi B2B SMG. This lineup of artists is curated by Zomato, and the tickets are available exclusively on DISTRICT starting at Rs 999.
