Indian roads are home to some of the most horrifying incidents and this is a perfect case to prove it
In a rather shocking turn of events, some goons in a Honda City hit a truck driver after a collision at a toll plaza. Unfortunately, such incidents are getting more and more common on our roads these days. We often come across the details of such events online. This makes the Indian roads some of the most dangerous in the world. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest case.
Goons in Honda City Attack Truck Driver
This video stems from TRANSPORT TV on YouTube. The visuals capture a rather harrowing incident on tape. A truck driver is making a video of some goons in a Honda City while moving on a highway. In fact, the driver is reciting the specifics of the entire saga. He claims that he was reversing at a toll plaza when this Honda City ended up hitting the truck from the left side. However, the driver and occupants of the car got enraged and physically assaulted the truck driver. They even broke the side window of the truck.
The truck driver asked them to come to the Police station to resolve the matter. Once they started driving away from the toll plaza, the miscreants in the car started threatening the truck driver with a knife and hurling abuses at him. Thereafter, two people got out of the window and sunroof of the moving car with stones in their hands. As they threw them onto the truck, the windshield cracked. Somehow, the driver managed to take the truck to the Police station and registered the FIR. The Police are on a hunt to arrest the culprits.
My View
I have reported tons of instances of people performing all sorts of questionable activities on the roads. It is high time we teach driving and road etiquette to everyone around us. Also, it is critical for the authorities to be strict in such matters with regard to punishment and action. They must set a precedence so that people think twice before committing such criminal acts. Let us keep an eye out for further details in this case.
