Thicker Glasses

Yet another aspect of the new Nissan Magnite facelift that no one would’ve told you about is the glasses. Regardless of whether these are side windows or front and rear windshields, the new Magnite gets thicker glasses all around in comparison to the outgoing model. Nissan Magnite Facelift

The new compact SUV comes with the same powertrain and transmission options as before. This means it gets a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine with and without a turbocharger. The power and torque outputs stand at an unchanged 71 hp / 96 Nm and 99 hp / 152 Nm (160 Nm with CVT), respectively. The transmission options include a 5-speed manual, an AMT and a CVT automatic. What will be of prime importance for a vast majority of car buyers is the mileage. The Japanese auto giant claims a fuel efficiency of 17.4 km/l with the CVT and 20 km/l with the manual. Another key point to notice is that Nissan has kept the starting price of the manual and automatic trims the same as the outgoing model. Hence, the prices start at Rs 5.99 lakh and go all the way up to Rs 11.50 lakh, ex-showroom. It comes with 3 years / 1,00,000 km standard warranty which can be extended to an additional 3 years / 1,00,000 km.
