In a rather interesting turn of events, Aman Gupta’s Mercedes GLS was ostensibly vandalised with Deadpool graffiti. Note that Deadpool & Wolverine is slated for release on July 26. As a part of its promotion, unorthodox marketing strategies have been used. Some netizens suspect that this action could be a part of one such marketing campaign. Aman Gupta shared this video on his X and Instagram profiles. It showcases the Mercedes-Benz GLS luxury SUV with the Deadpool graffiti on the left door panels. In fact, the miscreants have also covered the windows with words like ‘Crazy’ and ‘Enough’. The video clip has a text which says, “Who the hell did this?” In addition, there are angry emojis along with the text. This certainly looks like an expensive repair job to me. The boAt co-founder will most likely have to give the SUV to the service centre for a complete repaint. Other details pertaining to his case regarding who did this and why are not out.
The netizens found it hard to believe that this was not a promotional strategy and a cheap marketing shtick. One user commented, “New marketing stunt incoming”, while another X user said, “Must be Deadpool Wolverine collaboration coming up”, yet another social media user wrote, “Wow pata nahi chala ki marketing hai… Arere”, one netizen mentioned, “Crazy Marketing.
