The Mercedes Benz EQA has been launched in India at an attractive price of Rs 66 lakh, ex-showroom. It is the new entry-level electric car from the German carmaker in our market. It is based on the ICE-powered GLA. With this, Mercedes-Benz aims to offer a relatively mass-market product to boost its sales and expand its footprint across the country even further. In fact, the German auto giant has already sold over 1.30 lakh units of the GLA globally. Around this price point, the rivals would be EVs like the BMW X1, Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Volvo XC40 Recharge. To address the ownership experience, the EQA offers 3 years / unlimited mileage with periodic maintenance at Re 1 / km. Moreover, there is 67% Assured buyback Value at the end of 4 years of ownership. Let us take a look at all the details of the new German EV.
