A recent conversation between a young Chinese girl and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has caught the attention of many social media users. Basically, the Chinese user has come across a glitch in her Tesla’s touchscreen. In a video recording, the girl points out how the her previous strokes disappeared when she tried to draw on the touch panel. The said video is addressed to Musk as she asks him to ‘fix’ the error.
Chinese Girl Reports Malfunction to Elon Musk
“Molly decided to report an important bug to Mr Musk,” wrote an X user while tagging Elon Musk while Tweeting the girl’s video message. The video recording shows Molly saying,“Hello, Mr Musk. I am Molly from China. I have a question about your car. When I draw a picture, sometimes, it will disappear. Like this.” She then goes on to show in the video how her older strokes kept disappearing as she drew no ones on the screen. She added, “You see it? So, can you fix this? Thank you.”
Interestingly, within a few hours, Elon Musk responded with a “Sure”. The rather quick response from the CEO was immediately noticed. Many applauded his customer-centric approach. An X user Tweeted, “Whoa! How cool! What other automaker CEO listens to and responds to actual customers!?” Another added, “Boom. That’s unreal the message got to him like that.” Soon, another user wrote, “I love that you keep your eyes out for things like this and are responsive. No other CEO is this attentive, and that’s why I own two cars and the stock. Keep up the great work.”

“Where else can you find a multibillionaire running a multibillion corporation responding to a kid halfway around the world? Except on X,” Wrote another user. Joining the Tweets, another one read: “This is why Elon Musk is our generation’s great tech leader.”
