As per the information in this post, this took place in Bengaluru. The woman is riding a scooter as a pillion while her husband (perhaps) is driving. However, what shocks everyone is the fact that she is holding a child on the side with his feet almost hitting the road. In fact, it is possible that there might be something under his feet which is preventing excessive friction.
In any case, the woman is comfortably dragging his child along amidst heavy traffic. What’s worse, she is not even wearing a helmet. This has created a lot of frenzy among the netizens.
