This has to be India’s first Toyota Fortuner Legender with a matte white PPF. PPF refers to Paint Protection Film. As the name suggests, people often use it to wrap their cars in order to ensure that the life of the paint is extended. Legender is the top-of-the-line version of the iconic Fortuner in our market. After the departure of the popular Ford Endeavour from our market since 2021, there has been no worthy rival to challenge the dominance of the Fortuner nameplate in India. That is why the Japanese carmaker introduced multiple editions of the Fortuner. This Fortuner Legender with a matte white PPF takes things to the next level.

Toyota Fortuner Legender with Matte White PPF
This video comes from ETU Studio on YouTube. It captures the owner of the detailing studio explaining that this is the first Legender they are wrapping in a matte white colour. Generally, people use matte finish on dark colours. But the owner of this Fortuner Legender had other plans. To prepare the vehicle for the PPF, the design house washes the car thoroughly and applies many products to ensure that the surface of the SUV is smooth and devoid of even tiny dust particles. To add a sporty element, the car house has painted the callipers red. For an attractive contrast, the roof has been kept black. The final outcome looks unlike most other wrapped vehicles you might have seen till date.

Author’s Note
The trend of wrapping cars with PPF is on a rise lately. People are getting more conscious about protecting the condition of the paint of their cars for a long time. Having a wrap around the body also prevents minor scratches from pebbles on the road and helps make the surface easier to clean from bird droppings, etc. Therefore, it is a great way to protect the paint and body of the car. What’s pretty important in this case is the fact that the SUV owner decided to wrap the SUV in the same colour as the original paint. It ensures that there are no legal troubles with the authorities later on.
