Early next year onwards it will be possible to buy classic British Motorcycles from Triumph in India.
Initially it will come to India as a CBU (completely built unit) which attracts 110% duty which more than doubles the price for which one can get it in the UK. Initially , Triumph will sell only a few popular models like Rocket and Daytonna to India. The price of Triumph motorcycles is expected to be close to Rs. 15 Lakhs In India.
