These mostly revolve around automobiles. He has over a jaw-dropping 35.8 million subscribers on YouTube. This informs us just how huge he is on social media. Let us take a look at the details of this latest weird experiment of producing bio-diesel at home.

YouTuber Tries to Produce Diesel at Home
The YouTuber mentions that he will use the waste vegetable oil after food has been prepared in it. We generally throw out the oil after frying a food item. The YouTuber and his team go to a local dhaba and get huge quantities of oil which has already been used to cook eatables. Instead of throwing it away, the team brings it to their experiment location. Firstly, they boil it to 80 degrees and then let it cool till 60 degrees using a reactant. Then he adds 4-litre Methanol and 100 g Potassium Hydroxide to the oil at 60 degrees. Interestingly, they keep this solution out in the open for 2-3 days for differential extraction.

After 2 days, the solution separates the impurities at the bottom. Then the YouTuber adds water to this solution and keeps it for 2 days. Since bio-diesel is not soluble in water, the impurities which are soluble in water are removed after two days. Finally, we get the bio-diesel. The team showcases how this bio-diesel burns along with the real diesel. They both burn similarly. However, the bio-diesel was slightly difficult to burn and douse. To test the real-life application, the team operates a generator pump using this bio-diesel and it works just like it would with normal diesel. That is just impressive.

In fact, he already has close to 2 million views on this video in just 15 hours. That is a testament to the popularity of his videos.
