Audi has updated the Audi A4 2.0 TDI for the Indian market. The variant now gets an upgraded engine with more power and torque along with increased efficiency. Audi has increased the price of the car though.

Audi A4 2.0 TDI: Rs. 31.74 Lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai)
The price of the car has been increased by over Rs 2 Lakh as compared to the Audi A4 2.0 TDI launched in 2012 which cost Rs. 29.38 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

Design
There is no difference in design inside out as compared to the car launched in 2012. The A4 retains LED headlamps, front air dam, fog lamps, tail-lamps and twin exhausts from the refresh it received in 2012. The interiors have not received any update either.
Features
The Audi A4 2.0 TDI gets the following equipment, which is same as the equipment on offer on the car launched in 2012:
- Concert radio with eight speakers
- MMI navigation system with voice input, colour monitor and DVD player.
- Audi Drive Select with Comfort, Dynamic, Individual and Auto modes
Engine and Transmission
The Audi A4 2.0 TDI is powered by a 2.0-litre, turbocharged unit which comes standard with a start/stop system. The engine now produces 177 BHP (up from 139 BHP) and 380 Nm of torque. The fuel efficiency of the engine has also been improved, it now delivers 17.11 KMPL, up from the previous 16.55 KMPL. The engine is mated to a six-speed Multitronic (automatic) gearbox.
