Mahindra Scorpio Driver Runs Over Man at Toll Plaza
The video comes from India Today. It captures the entire chain of events. The unlucky man was standing near the boom barrier. Suddenly, an overspeeding Mahindra Scorpio comes toward the toll plaza. It is unclear why the driver is refusing to slow down the SUV. Unfortunately, the SUV keeps speeding until it hits the man and then bangs against a sturdy pole near the cabins for the employees. That is when the car comes to a complete standstill. However, the man was sent flying into the air due to the impact. He suffered severe injuries.

As per the information across the news channels, the man driving the Scorpio was a certain Saurabh Jain. He is a resident of Sarsawa near Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He is the owner of the car. There was one of his friends with him in the car as well. The duo was travelling to Yamunanagar. After watching the video clip, the Police have arrested him and a full-blown investigation is underway. This must reveal the reason for this crash. Only after that will the authorities take appropriate action.
