What We Think
The Maruti Fronx stands out as a cost-effective option, combining a SUV-like appearance with the attributes of the Baleno. It has successfully appealed to a consumer base that might typically consider hatchbacks. Interestingly, the Fronx, built on the Baleno hatchback platform, has been more successful than the Baleno so far. Even though it comes with a silhouette reminiscent of the Baleno and the styling and stance of the Grand Vitara SUV, the Fronx carves out an identity of its own. Plus, we believe that the upcoming ADAS features will help it further boost its popularity.
