Couple Steals Plants in Mahindra Scorpio
This video from editorji is doing rounds on the internet. The over 2-min long video captures a young couple on the side of the road. They are standing out of their black Mahindra Scorpio SUV. As per the details available, this place is somewhere in the vicinity of Aabhaneri Circle in Dausa district in Rajasthan. The entire episode has been recorded in a CCTV camera. The duo is seen roaming in the area where a lot of plants are present. These must be there as a part of the beautification of the new highway.

After contemplating a little, they go into the area where many specific plants are located. In a few moments, they carry the plants and move toward their SUV. The security camera footage serves as evidence of their activity. They take 9-11 pots, as per the information. NHAI reported this incident to Bandikul Police Station. The Police are investigating this case. The Project Director at NHAI, Sahiram, said that the government is promoting greenery through this plantation drive around the highways but people are often caught stealing plants for personal use.

Not The First Time
This is not the first time we are reporting such an incident. A few weeks ago, there was a similar incident where a Kia Carnival owner was seen stealing plants around the Delhi NCR area during the G-20 Summit. Unfortunately, these incidents are rather common. We are in shock to see well-off people doing such things. We can only hope that the the law deals with accordingly so that people learn from such cases and never perform such shameless acts.
