Remodelled Bajaj Pulsar 220
This interesting illustration comes from Abin Designs on Instagram. It is quite a subtle version of the 220, compared to some other digital concepts where designers go all out. This version still resembles something that could easily make it to production. The overall silhouette is evidently inspired by the Pulsar 220, featuring a sleek headlight, a sculpted fuel tank, and semi-fairing body panels on the side, finished in black-blue body graphics, and black engine elements for that sporty appearance and more.

Additionally, there is quite a large wind visor, and the handlebars are compact, allowing a sporty stance for the rider. Practicality is indicated by the wide ORVMs. At the rear, the split-seat arrangement, slim grab handles for the pillion, chunky shrouds, compact tyre hugger, and underbelly protector are visible. Finally, the alloy wheel with black spokes at the front looks smaller than the chunky alloy wheel at the rear. But the disc at the front is significantly more prominent than the one at the rear, as is the case with all sports bikes.

Specs
Since this digital model draws inspiration from the Bajaj Pulsar 250, we shall consider its specs too. The 249-cc single-cylinder engine generates a decent 24.5 PS and 21.5 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine has a 5-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. While the 220-successor in the rendering is merely a figment of imagination, the N250’s motor could very well find application if it were to make it into production. Meanwhile, the N250 is a good option for those who need a punchier performer than the RS200. The prices of the current Pulsar flagship range between Rs 1.31 lakh to Rs 1.50 lakh, ex-showroom.
