Aftermarket car modification houses offer some unique customisations to make any car look unique.
This has to be India’s first pink VW Virtus. Virtus is a premium mid-size sedan from the German carmaker which locks horns with the likes of Hyundai Verna, Honda City and Skoda Slavia. It is based on the MQB A0 IN platform which underpins the latest VW and Skoda products. On account of being heavily localised, it offers great benefits to the customers including things like low maintenance, spare parts and service costs. For now, let us concentrate on this unique wrapped version of VW Virtus. Here are the details.

India’s First Pink VW Virtus
This video has been uploaded by Pratham Shokeen on YouTube. It captures the popular YouTuber showcasing his premium sedan in a unique avatar. For those of you who follow his channel regularly, you might have seen that he is fond of wrapping the car in various colours. He has tried many things on his Virtus previously. But the one he shows in this video belongs to someone else. It is completely wrapped in a peach/pink wrap with de-chromed exterior elements. The YouTuber himself went for the matte charcoal grey colour theme. We must admit that both these wraps have their own charm.

What We Think
We come across numerous car owners who love to customise their vehicles to make them stand out from the crowd. Car wraps are a common method of doing that. However, you must consult your local RTO before making such modifications to the cars. Most car modifications are illegal in India. Hence, you could get in trouble with the cops later on. We would recommend you visit the RTO and talk to them about the ideas you have in your mind regarding the colour of your car. There are provisions for making changes to the registration certificate (RC) of the car to make the entire process legal.
