Maruti Jimny in Delhi Floods
This video clip has been uploaded by Munishsardana9695 on YouTube. It captures some disturbing images from the national capital. We have seen in the news over the past few days how ugly the condition due to waterlogging has become. Tons of people have been displaced from their homes to safer locations. We see the forceful water dragging away parked vehicles from the roads. But some people voluntarily attempt to drive in such extreme conditions which might not be a good idea. That is exactly what we see in this video. A Jimny is being driven amidst water where no route is visible. Somehow, it glides through with relative ease. Still, we wouldn’t recommend anyone attemp this.

What We Think
Our stance on such things is very clear. We urge all our readers to never get involved in such idiotic acts. When we know the condition is so terrible, there is no point in going out of your house. There are tons of issues with driving a vehicle in such high water levels. First of all, the visibility is zero. You barely know where the road is. As a result, you could easily land in trouble and cause an accident and injury to yourself and to the car. Moreover, there is a chance of a hydrostatic lock where in the electronics could malfunction and you could get stuck inside the vehicle. Therefore, we would like to recommend our readers to stay away from such situations and discourage such careless behaviour.
