The first step consists of manufacturing the frames for the bikes. The workers then install the other components around it including the engine, fuel tank, body parts, suspension, brakes, wheels, etc. These units then go through rigorous quality assurance processes to make sure that only the best quality products are sent to the dealership showrooms for the customers. What is even more impressive is the fact that Bajaj is focusing on sustainability when it comes to production locations as well. More energy demands are being met by renewable sources. That is a critical component for any modern-age company. In addition to this, Bajaj also runs many social services under the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiative like building schools for the less-privileged.
