What We Think
The sales of the Bajaj Dominar 400 have not been too strong in the last few years. Hence, it might be the right time to replace it with a 400-cc model that bears the Pulsar tag. Bajaj must leverage the legacy associated with the Pulsar moniker in the Indian market for a long time now. That is one way of dominating the 300-400cc segment in our market. We shall have to wait a bit to see if Bajaj actually decides to replace the existing Dominar 400 to make way for something much fresher in the face of ever-increasing competition.
