He made the first booking for the Hycross which was also confirmed by the dealership in Ludhiana. However, he didn’t receive the car when he was promised. In fact, he had to get in touch with the higher officials at Toyota to inquire about what was happening. That is when he came to know that Toyota has outsourced most of these services and is not in direct contact with them. After a little struggle, he took the delivery of the Hycross. What We Think
Toyota is a name synonymous with reliability regardless of which market we are talking about. It has been a top company in the world for decades now. That is the reason why the resale value of its cars is among the highest in the business. Clocking hundreds of thousands of km in Toyota cars is rather common. Hence, we understand the appeal that they bring. On top of that, the Innova name is already a renowned mark in India since decades. Hence, one can’t really go wrong with any Toyota product despite this second-from-top trim costing him close to Rs 30 lakh, on-road. We can only hope that the Japanese car marque works on its sales experience.
