Tata Motors is on the verge of launching the facelift versions of the Harrier and Safari SUVs to get back on track in terms of sales.
The 2024 facelift versions of the Tata Safari and Harrier SUVs have been rendered in this latest digital concept. These SUVs experienced instant success a few years ago as there were not that many products in the segment. With time, however, more new players commenced entering the space and the sales of these two SUVs started dwindling. But the Indian automotive giant aims to remedy that by launching the modern-age facelift models of the Safari and Harrier with all the bells and whistles to entice new customers. For now, let us check out this attractive digital concept illustrated by a popular artist.

2024 Tata Safari and Harrier Facelift
This digital version has been designed by SRK Designs on YouTube. It is evident that the designers have taken great care to not make an abstract iteration but a rather elegant and accurate one that could very well make it to production. At the front, there is a sleek LED light bar that runs across the width of the SUV flanked by LED DRLs that are seamlessly integrated on the extreme edges, a compact grille with the Tata logo, a sporty bumper with aerodynamic cut-outs on the edges housing the main headlamps and fog lamps and a rugged skid plate to complete the butch look. On the sides, one could see the massive wheel arches holding the stylish alloy wheels, black side pillars, dual-tone roof (black) and black ORVMs.

Specs
There are various reports online that suggest that we might see the introduction of a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol mill that could churn out 170 PS and 260 Nm of peak power and torque. Apart from that, the facelift models of these SUVs will continue to get the Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre turbo diesel mill that makes 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak power and torque. These engines will be mated to manual and automatic gearboxes. More details will be revealed closer to the launch as we have spotted the test mule on multiple occasions.

This segment has been occupied by the potent SUVs from Mahindra and people already have the option of going for other prominent mid-size SUVs in their top trims that are priced at around the Rs 18 lakh mark. Therefore, to stand out from all that, Tata Motors has to ensure that the upcoming SUVs boast attractive features, design, styling and powertrains. Going by what is being said about these SUVs online, we are certain that Tata Motors will leave no stone unturned to entice customers.
