We see insane acts by automobile riders on a daily basis but this is taking things too far.
In this latest post, a Bajaj Pulsar rides through the river. Indian roads are full of people who attempt idiotic stunts just for fun or social media engagement. Pulsar is a household name in the country. Bajaj has ensured that it offers some version of the Pulsar in all major segments of our market. This makes it accessible to a vast majority of motorcycle buyers. From affordable models to performance-oriented ones, buyers have a huge choice. That is why you would find all sorts of people doing incredibly mindless stunts on these bikes. Here are the details of the latest case.

Bajaj Pulsar Rides in River
The post has been shared by lovesutta on Instagram. It captures a video where the text reads, “Google map me yahi se rasta dikh rha hai” which translates to “This is the route that Google Maps is showing.” This might be a joke, but we are not certain. In any case, the Pulsar rider clearly sees that there is an entire river in front of him. Nevertheless, he is not afraid to step into the massive river. It is possible that he is a localite and takes this route daily. Still, the visuals are clearly concerning.

Someone makes a video of his entire journey. It is unbelievable to see the man somehow following the path amidst this broad river. It is possible that he is able to see the road up close. In the video, one can’t trace the road at all. During this stunt, the biker is inundated in water to a large extent. Finally, he is able to make out the way and reach the opposite end without any issues. But posting such acts online could wrongly inspire a lot of others to do the same and the consequences might be different.

What We Think
We don’t recommend doing anything like this at all. There are several things that could easily go wrong. Firstly, the person could easily fall into the river. While the water is not too deep or vehemently flowing in this case, it won’t be the case everywhere. Secondly, the components of the bike could easily get affected. The electrical connections could come loose and there could be issues with the mechanicals as well. Finally, we must understand that it is not about the riding skills of the person. With natural elements like fire and water, one can’t anticipate anything accurately. Therefore, the best way to protect oneself is by ensuring that you don’t indulge yourself in such acts, to begin with.
