In this latest video, a girl tries to kickstart a Royal Enfield Bullet but gets hurt. Bullet is one of the most popular tourer bikes in the country. It has been around for ages in our market and its charm is still at an all-time high. People buy it for its retro styling, powerful engine and a throaty exhaust note that could be heard from miles away. There is an appeal to this beast of a motorcycle in this day and age where everyone is rushing toward sleek and fast bikes. That is the reason why the sales of the Bullet are still decent and the new models are being launched by RE to keep the lineup fresh with a few modernized bits.

Girl Tries to Kickstart Royal Enfield Bullet
This post has been shared by royal_enfield_pics on Instagram. It captures someone making a video of a girl who is seen kicking the Bullet to start it. We all know how hard it is to do that. The pedal is quite firm and one needs to hit it with huge force otherwise the motorcycle just doesn’t start. She fails the first time. But during the second attempt, her feeble kick gets pushed back by the retracting lever causing an injury to her foot. She immediately screams in agony and is seen holding her foot on the ground. We are not sure how grave an injury did she sustain.

The man making the video is heard laughing. We are not sure if this is scripted or not but the reaction of the girl seems quite genuine. She is shocked to get hurt suddenly, which is quite common if one is not careful. In fact, if someone has not kickstarted a Bullet ever, he/she is bound to experience this because one can’t anticipate how hard it actually is. That is the reason why modern bikes including the new Royal Enfield bikes come with a self-start mechanism where they get started just by the press of a button on the handlebar.

There are tons of comments on this post mentioning how dangerous this could have been. We would like to tell our readers to never attempt such stunts because the unsuspecting victim can easily fall prey to a great shock by the kickstart lever causing serious injuries. In fact, the foot could easily be broken if someone timid decides to perform this task. Hence, make sure to be careful and not allow anyone inexperienced to do this job. These things are not meant to be taken frivolously.
