Maruti Jimny has been reviewed by Car Blog India recently and the list of official accessories is a rather long one.
Here is the list of official accessories with the about-to-be-launched Maruti Jimny. It won’t be wrong to say that the Jimny is among the most anticipated SUVs in recent years. Maruti showcased it at multiple Auto Expos but the launch always eluded us somehow. Now we know that Maruti was waiting for the 5-door version for our market. Internationally, only the 3-door version is sold. But Indian customers want the utmost practicality for their buck. Hence, the 5-door version makes sense. At the recent media drive of the Jimny, MSIL also showcased the added accessories to make it look more adventurous than ever. Here are the details.

What We Think
With an off-roading SUV like the Jimny, it makes sense to go for the official accessories since road presence is a huge part of the products in this category. Also, for hardcore off-roading enthusiasts, some of these accessories can actually be useful to protect the components of the Jimny. For instance, a rugged skid plate will safeguard the underbelly of the SUV. We must wait for the official price revelation of this kit to determine if it makes financial sense.
