The menace of overspeeding has now claimed a red Porsche 911 Turbo S that collided with a tree in Gurugram and burst into flames
An overspeeding Porsche 911 caught fire and was reduced to ashes after colliding with a tree on the Golf Course road of Gurugram. Reportedly, there has been no loss of life or injuries, and the vehicle’s driver fled the spot. The mishap took place in the wee hours of Thursday.

Owner Yet to be Traced
The impact of the high-speed collision was so strong that the red-colored Porsche 911 was reduced to a lump of metal. Subsequently, the vehicle caught fire and was engulfed in flames within minutes. It may be noted that the latest 911 costs a minimum of Rs 2 crore. It’s said that the rashly driven supercar was moving from Sector 56 toward Sikandarpur. The driver lost control in sector 27 and jumped to the service lane, where it hit a tree. Soon, the car caught fire.
The firefighters who rushed to the spot were able to control the fire from spreading. However, the car has been completely totalled from the impact and the flames. Local police is investigating the matter. The owner of the supercar is yet to be traced.
