Now, Tata Motors has revealed that it has delivered 10,000 units of the electric car in just four months. This makes the Tata Tiago EV the fastest electric car to achieve this mark. The electric hatchback is now available in 491 Indian cities. The company claims that all the units of Tiago EV sold so far have cumulatively covered a total of 11.2 million km, thereby reducing 1.6 million grams of CO2 emissions.

Tata Tiago EV Priced from Rs 8.69 Lakh Onwards
Tata Motors is taking a victory lap and positioning the electric hatchback as a segment disrupter. The Tiago EV comes powered by a large 24 kWh Li-ion battery that powers the electric motor to generate 74 hp and 114 Nm of peak power and torque. It offers a decent range of 315 km on a single charge and the DC fast charger car juice up the battery from 10% to 100% in just 58 mins. The standard AC charger can do the same job in around 9 hours. There is also a 19.2 kWh version with 60 hp and 110 Nm of peak power and torque ranging from 250 km.
