Fast and Furious is one of the biggest movie franchises in the world but the conclusion to the iconic film series has been planned.
The final instalment of the Fast and Furious franchise is set to release in 2025 worldwide. It is one of the biggest and most successful movie franchises of all time. The next part is set to release next month on May 19 worldwide and the excitement is at an all-time high. The franchise has dropped two trailers that have already garnered 37 million and 22 million views respectively. That is as great a testament to the anticipation by the fans as one could think of. Final Fast and Furious to Release in 2025
The release date was announced at CinemaCon 2023 recently. Vin Diesel had previously said in an interview that the original plan was to release the two instalments back to back after a year’s gap but since the production of the Fast and Furious 11 is yet to commence, it won’t be out in 2024. It will be directed by Fast X’s Louis Leterrier and written by Christina Hodson and Oren Uziel who had written Birds of Prey and Mortal Kombat respectively.

However, before we concentrate on the Fast 11, the world is eager to watch the penultimate version. As showcased in the trailers, Dominic Toretto has the task of protecting his family from Cipher and Dante Reyes. The latter is seeking revenge for his father’s death. The crew includes Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Charlize Theron, Helen Mirren, Sung Kang, Michael Rooker, and Scott Eastwood. New cast members also include Jason Momoa, Alan Ritchson, Daniela Melchior, Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, and Leo Abelo Perry.
