Since Sara Ali Khan has a Jeep Compass in her garage, the Alto 800 looks like a more humble choice. The Alto 800 was the cheapest car from Maruti. However, as part of the BS6 Phase 2 updates, the company has now decided to discontinue the affordable model.

Nushrat Bharucha: Mahindra Thar
Actress Nushrat Bharucha is known for films like ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama’. She is also the only actress to own a 4×4 Mahindra Thar. The upcoming star owns a Rocky Beige shade option of the lifestyle SUV. The Mahindra Thar prices range between Rs 10.55 lakh and tops at Rs 16.77 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India). The 4WD variants of the off-roaders are powered by a 2-liter turbo-petrol engine (150PS/320Nm) and a 2.2-liter diesel engine (130PS/300Nm). Both options can be paired with a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission. On the other hand, the RWD variants come with a 1.5-liter diesel engine (118PS/300Nm) and a six-speed manual transmission. The turbo-petrol unit gets a six-speed automatic only.
