Gauri Khan was recently spotted in her new Mercedes Maybach S580. She is an accomplished and well-known producer, fashion designer, interior designer, and entrepreneur. She is the wife of the iconic Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. In fact, she is spotted on many occasions with SRK, including movie premiers and award functions. Needless to say, the automobiles in their garages are worth something. This is one of the latest models in their car collection.

It takes the flagship products from the regular lineup of Mercedes and customizes and enhances the interior, as well as the powertrain to take things to the next level. Mercedes Maybach S-Class comes in two variants – S 580 4MATIC and S 680 4MATIC. The former comes powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine that makes 503 hp and 700 Nm while the latter has a large 6.0-litre V12 engine that makes 612 hp and 900 Nm of peak power and torque. Both these engines come mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox enabling an acceleration time for 0-100 km/h of just 4.5 secs with the larger engine and 4.8 secs with the smaller unit. The top speed is rated at a cool 250 km/h in both trims. The starting price of the Maybach S-Class in India is a jaw-dropping 2.69 Crore, ex-showroom.
