It is not every day that we get to witness our beloved Bollywood stars in humble automobiles but we have found one such case.
Young actress Sara Ali Khan was recently spotted in a bare basic Maruti Alto 800. Alto 800 is an entry-level compact hatchback that is a mega-successful product in India. In fact, it is the go-to choice for a whole bunch of first-time car buyers in our market. Additionally, people buy it as their second car in the family to run errands on a daily basis. Its compact dimensions and parking-friendly demeanour are huge positives that work in its favour in addition to the well-known fuel economy and low running costs.

It looks like she has just come out of the gym session or fitness training of some sort, judging by her attire. As she opens the door of the Alto 800, the paparazzi ask her to stop and pose for some photos. She happily obliges and waits a few moments to let the cameramen take some pics. Thereafter, she sits in the front passenger seat and is driven away.

While the Alto 800 is the most affordable vehicle in the market, the Alto K10, its elder sibling is the one that received a comprehensive update some time ago. The underpinning was modified resulting in an increase in the cabin space for the passengers as well as luggage. In addition to that, the entire dashboard layout was updated to give the owners a modern feel while sitting inside an Alto K10. All in all, the Alto 800 is the absolute basic model that serves as a great entry into the world of cars for people who might be upgrading from two-wheelers.
