As per the information in the video, this Royal Enfield Bullet rider was trying to create a viral reel for his social media. As a result, he started riding his Bullet on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Now, this highway prohibits two-wheelers. In fact, there have been thousands of challans issued by the traffic authorities in recent times because people brought their bikes and scooters on this expressway.
