Toyota Innova Hycross is, essentially, the SUV version of the regular Innova Crysta which is aimed at offering a different dimension to the Innova moniker in the Indian market.
This has to be the first Toyota Innova Hycross with 18-inch alloy wheels on the internet. Toyota wanted to leverage the mad success that its Innova moniker has enjoyed in our market over the years. No other MPV has come close to beating it on the sales charts all these years. With the ever-increasing trend of SUVs in our market, it made sense to introduce a model that caters to that audience. As it gets popular, people are beginning to take it to aftermarket car shops to install fancy alloys.

The images have been uploaded by creativewheelz on Instagram. They showcase a white-coloured Innova Hycross with these 18-inch alloys. Note that the top trims already get 18-inch alloys as standard but this looks like a lower variant which is why these aftermarket alloy wheels are installed by the owner. The multi-spoke design pattern accentuates the overall appearance of the SUV and offers a freshness to it.

Moreover, the aesthetics are considerably enhanced by such aftermarket touches, especially compared to the stock steel wheels. Alloy wheels are the most common way to enhance the look of any vehicle without performing crazy modifications. Compared to the input, the final results are greatly affected by such alloy wheels. Large alloys allow vehicles to install slightly wider tyres that enhance the handling characteristics by increasing traction. On the downside, the ride quality is impacted since the side wall on high-profile tyres is thin affecting the bump-absorbing traits.
