In India, the battery swap service will be handled by the brand’s subsidiary Honda Power Pack Energy India Pvt. Ltd.

Could Have Affordable Price Tag
The above-mentioned battery swapping option will allow the Japanese brand to keep the initial purchase cost affordable. This approach will also remove the range anxiety many consumers have. Additionally, Honda plans to localize components for its electric two-wheelers. Since Honda Activa is the company’s top-selling scooter, it would be smart to bring its electric version and get a loyal base. It will compete with the likes of TVS iQube Electric, Simple Energy One, Ather 450X, and Bounce Infinity E1. More details are likely to be unveiled in the coming days.
