As per recent reports and leaks, the Tata Blackbird will be positioned between the Nexon and the Harrier SUV. It will be underpinned by the X1 platform (seen on the Tata Nexon). However, it is expected to be significantly longer and bigger than the Tata Nexon. The upcoming midsize SUV is likely to get a coupe-like silhouette. On the front, the new Blackbird is said to feature LED headlights, a sleek front grille, and a tall bonnet. It will come with high-ground clearance and plastic body cladding.
On the inside, the Tata Blackbird SUV will get a spacious cabin with modern features. It is likely to sport a large infotainment system with the latest connectivity features.
