The drivers and teams for the 2023 season of Formula 1 racing season have been announced. Formula 1 or F1, as it is colloquially known, just concluded its 2022 season with Max Verstappen emerging as the victor for the second season in a row. But the upcoming season might be more interesting after all the shuffling of the teams and drivers. This will be the 74th running of the legendary F1 racing. While there are Formula 2 and Formula 3 leagues as well, the top F1 league draws fans from all over the world. Let us take a look at all the updates for the next season.

Formula 1 Teams and Drivers for 2023
As mentioned earlier, the top 3 teams will remain unchanged but there is a fair bit of updates from the remaining 7 teams. The McLaren team will be joined by the Australian rookie Oscar Piastr in addition to the superstar Lando Norris following the farewell of Daniel Ricciardo. At Haas, Mich Schumacher will be replaced by the “supersub” Nico Hulkenburg. Team Aston Martin will welcome the popular Fernando Alonso after the retirement of Sebastian Vettel.

AlphaTauri has given its vacant position to amateur Nyck de Vries for the upcoming season. Finally, Williams recruited a newcomer in the form of Logan Sargeant. Note that Logan had a stellar 2022 season during the F2 championship which propelled him to the top league. The F1 season is slated to commence on March 5, 2023, in Sakhir, Bahrain.
