2023 Maruti Swift
The new Maruti Swift 2023 you see above is rendered based on the latest sightings. As per this illustration, on the outside, the overall silhouette will be similar to the existing model but we might see a tweaked front grille, headlamps, and bumper to make it look fresh. There might also be new alloy wheels to distinguish it from the older model. Similarly, the rear section could feature a new taillamp design and a redesigned bumper. Hence, it would be fair to say that these will be minor changes.

Interior and Features
Since Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Baleno and Brezza in our market, we can expect the latest tech features to creep down to the Swift as well. Both the aforementioned products boast a few segment-first features which is a strategy that Maruti might deploy to pull new audiences for Swift as well. We can expect a large touchscreen infotainment system with the latest Maruti app and smartphone connectivity. Additionally, the layout of the dashboard and cabin could be upgraded too. Note that the space inside the cabin is likely to remain unchanged.

Specs
We don’t expect any changes to the existing 1.2-litre NA petrol engine with mild hybrid technology that develops 88 hp and 113 Nm of peak power and torque. There will most likely be the 5-speed MT and AT gearboxes on offer as well. However, the rumour mill suggests that Maruti might think about introducing the Sport version of the Swift with the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine to offer a hot-hatch version to potential customers. We shall see if that comes out to be true once Maruti announces it officially. The current-gen model ranges from Rs 5.92 lakh to Rs 8.85 lakh, ex-showroom.
