It is only in real-life accidents that the build quality of vehicles is put to test and this latest incident showcases just that.
In this latest incident, a Chevrolet Tavera is seen putting the build quality of a Tata Altroz to the test. Tavera is a 7-seat SUV that found success in our market a few years ago. However, it was discontinued and Chevrolet quit India entirely. On the other hand, the Altroz is the only 5-star GNCAP safety-rated hatchback in the country. It has saved its occupants time and again in some pretty serious crashes. Let us check out the details of this latest case.

Chevrolet Tavera Tests Build Quality of Tata Altroz
This information was shared as a Facebook post by the owner of the Altroz. There are no details of how or where this happened. Nevertheless, the owner reports that he was feeling sad as his premium hatchback met with an accident. As is clear from the image, the damage to the front end including the bumper, headlight, radiator and windshield is clearly visible. On the other hand, there is hardly a dent on the tail-end of the Tavera which is quite weird. It could be due to the angle of impact.

Talking about the injuries, the owner mentions that no one was hurt in this crash. That is a testament to the build quality of the Altroz. Its side pillars are seen intact which must’ve absorbed the impact of the crash quite convincingly. We have seen this multiple times before as well. The hatchback has been successful in saving the lives of its occupants regardless of how terrible the crashes have been.

Obey Traffic Rules
Finally, we would like to caution our readers to not perform overspeeding. It continues to be the most common reason for accidents in our country taking thousands of lives each year. Therefore, we must encourage everyone around us to follow traffic rules and become responsible drivers so as to make our roads safer than they already are.
