Skoda is known for manufacturing cars focusing on safety and build quality and that was proved a few days ago when the Kushaq received a full 5-star safety rating at the GNCAP.
In this latest video, an accident of the Skoda Kushaq was reported as it crashes on the highway showcasing the implications of its 5-star safety rating at the Global NCAP. Kushaq is the product that changed Skoda’s fortunes in our market. After losing market share for a long time in India, Skoda launched the India 2.0 strategy with the local production of India-specific products. The Kushaq was the first vehicle under that initiative and brought a lot of success for the Czech carmaker.

The result is clearly visible in the video. The front section of the SUV has experienced a lot of damage including broken bumper, headlights, bonnet, fenders and engine bay, to some extent. However, the damage didn’t reach inside the cabin due to the rugged build of the SUV. The passengers at the front and rear were wearing seatbelts and the airbags were deployed saving all of them. There is no information about the cow. The owner confessed that the consequences would’ve been much worse had they been travelling in their other car, Renault Kwid.

Obey Traffic Rules
This is precisely the reason why we advise our readers to encourage following the traffic regulations at all times. Most crashes on the roads take place because of overspeeding. In such cases, even if you know that there is an issue, you still can’t control the car. This is due to high speed. Hence, driving within the speed limit will allow you to prevent undesirable circumstances. This, even if you are not the one at fault. What are your thoughts on the matter?
