As you can see in the above video, the new Mahindra Scorpio N owner seems content with their new car. They were looking to get a rugged SUV with the latest features. Unfortunately, the Fortuner Legender came across as more premium than rugged. In comparison, the Mahindra Scorpio N still retains a muscular build. Additionally, it sports stylish interiors with more features. The new model is also more affordable. As a result, they picked the 4×4 version of the Mahindra Scorpio N and managed to get the new model at introductory prices (Rs 28.28 Lakh on-road).
The new Mahindra Scorpio N is powered by a 2.0-liter mStallion direct-injection turbo petrol engine (200 PS/ 380 Nm). A 2.2-liter mHawk diesel engine produces 132 PS / 300 Nm of peak power and max torque (175 PS / 400 Nm in higher variants). For transmission, it comes with both manual and automatic options. The new car comes with six- and seven-seater layouts. Additional features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a semi-digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger, a six-way powered driver seat, sunroof, front and rear cameras, cruise control, ABS with EBD, up to six airbags, hill assist control, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and electronic stability control (ESC).

On the other hand, the Toyota Fortuner GR Sport (GR-S) is priced at Rs 48.43 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is the most expensive Fortuner on sale in the country right now. It is powered by a 2.8-liter diesel engine (204bhp/ 500Nm) that is paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. A 2755cc diesel engine (201.15bhp/ 500Nm) comes with an automatic transmission options. Additional features include an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a rear USB charging port, wireless smartphone charging, ambient lighting, an auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror, a hands-free tailgate opening, a 6-speaker/ 11-speaker audio system, aluminum pedals, a powered tailgate, and a JBL sound system.
