The McLaren P1 is not a mass-production car, as one would imagine. It is made in limited numbers and offers a plethora of customization options. That is the reason why no two P1 supercars are priced similarly. For reference, the base price of the P1 is a staggering $1.35 million USD (approx Rs 10 Crore when converted to INR). Losing such an expensive car to a Hurricane is certainly sad but lives are what matter in such catastrophic events.
