Hyundai Venue N-Line shares aplenty with the i20 N-Line as both the models get the same 1.0 GDI motor along with similar tweaks to styling and aesthetics
Hyundai Motor India, the second-largest carmaker and largest car exporter in the country, today launched the N-Line version of the Venue sub-compact SUV. With this, the new Hyundai Venue N-Line becomes India’s first performance-focused B-SUV ever. The new model is priced from Rs 12.16 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.

Hyundai Venue N-Line Price
The performance-focused version of the Venue has been priced at Rs 12.16 lakh for N6 version and Rs 13.15 lakh for the N8 variant. Also, it’s important to note here that opting for the dual-tone paint schemes will cost Rs 15,000 extra. Moreover, these are introductory prices and are bound to increase in the near future.

Exterior & Interior
While based on the facelift that was introduced earlier this year, the Hyundai Venue N-Line carries a host of updates that add a sporty flavour to the aesthetics. At the front end, the new model has an N-Line Logo on the dark chrome grille along with an exclusive bumper with red inserts on the skid plate. There are similar inserts even on the roof rails. In the side profile, the SUV carries R16 Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels with N Branding. Also, the SUV gets red-painted front brake callipers.
At the rear, the Venue N-Line gets a sporty tailgate spoiler. Even the rear bumper is new and gets red inserts on the skid plates. Also, it features a twin-tip muffler. Moreover, there’s an N-Line badge even on the tailgate.
Colours
The new Hyundai Venue N-Line will be available in 2 monotone and 3 dual-tone clour options. These include Shadow Grey and Polar white; as well as Thunder blue with Phantom black roof, Polar White with Phantom black roof and Shadow Grey with Phantom black roof.

Interior
Inside, the Hyundai Venue N Line carries inspiration from the carmaker’s Motorsport DNA. It carries a sporty black interior with red inserts strewn across the cabin. The highlights here include –

- 3-spoke leather steering wheel with N branding
- Leather gear knob with N- branding
- Red Ambient Lighting
- Metal sports pedals
- Dark metal finish on inside door handles
Hyundai Venue N-Line Specifications
The new model shares its engine specs with the i20 N-Line that went on sale last year. It’s powered by the same 1.0-litre Kappa Turbo GDI petrol engine that comes mated to a 7-speed DCT. The motor offers a maximum power of 120 PS at 6,000 RPM and a peak torque of 172 Nm at 1,500-4,000 RPM. Unlike the i20 N-Line, an IMT option is not being provided on the new model. Moreover, the suspension has been updated to compliment the sporty aspirations of the SUV. The damping force has been increased to 34% and even the steering and exhaust have been re-calibrated for sportier performance. Also, the Venue N-Line gets disc brakes on all four wheels.
