Now, in this social media world, people either pose for their followers or other people make videos of them and post them on YouTube or other platforms. Either way, barely anything goes unnoticed. This helps the police to punish the guilty party basis the videos in case any law has been breached. That is exactly what happened here as well.

Biker Rides In A River Shirtless
The video has been posted on YouTube. A person is seen riding his bike in the middle of the Ayodhya river. What is sad is that it is a place of worship and a lot of temples are visible on the bank of the river. In fact, numerous people are seen bathing in the holy river when this person decides to ride through the river shirtless. However, some standing on the side of the river managed to record this dumb act and give it to the police. Resultantly, the person was slapped with a fine of Rs 8,000 under various sections.

This includes riding a two-wheeler without a helmet, stunt biking and disobedience of any direction lawful given by the authority. It is nice that the police were able to act swiftly and punish the person according to the law. This instils the confidence of the general public in the police. Also, this incident highlights how social media can be used positively to prevent people from doing anything unlawful.
