Jaguar and Land Rover has added one of the largest facilities in India at Gurgaon Haryana on 7th March 2012. JLR’s first showroom in India was opened in Mumbai in Mid of 2009 and in less than three years, it has expanded to 15 dealerships in 13 cities which will increase to 24 dealerships by the end of calendar year 2012.
The latest dealership, a flagship facility, was opened today in a high end part of Gurgaon, Haryana, and increased the number of outlets in the Delhi region to three. Spanning three floors and covering 12,000 square feet, the new dealership boasts impressive facilities such as two floors of car displays, an extensive customer lounge and vast customer parking.

Located in SCO 316, Sector 29, Gurgaon, the facility is operated by AMP Motors who are a well-established Jaguar and Land Rover dealer in this region. The dealership will provide customers with access to the full range of Jaguar products including the XJ, XF, XFR, XKR and the fastest and most powerful production sports car Jaguar has ever built – the new Jaguar XKR-S. For Land Rover, it will offer the Freelander 2, Discovery 4, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover and the award winning new Range Rover Evoque SUV.
Jaguar and Land Rover’s last official launch in India was the Range Rover Evoque compact SUV which is one of the stunner models in the range and starts at a price of Rs. 44.75 Lakhs ex-showroom. The JLR cars and SUVs are well known across the globe and after the Tata group has taken over the British brand, it has increased it operation in the Asia region including manufacturing facilities in India and China. The JLR is in good health and is bringing good sales and revenues for the Tata Group.
JLR showcased their complete lineup and concept vehicles DC100 and DC100 Sport at the Auto Expo 2012. Along with it there were Jaguar C-X16 and C-X75 Concept Cars being major attractions at the Auto Expo 2012 In India.
