Legally, a two-wheeler like Honda Activa canโt have more than two riders, including the user and the pillion. However, itโs not uncommon to see three people ride one two-wheeler. At times, one can even see four riders atop a two-wheeler. In a rare case, one might even see five riders on a large two-wheeler such as a Royal Enfield Classic. But a bizarre that you can see above gives you the ultra rare chance of seeing six riders on a tiny Honda Activa.
