Skoda is all set to launch Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition. The mid-size SUV features a distinctively sporty look.
The Skoda Kushaq is one of the popular compact SUV options in the Indian market. It is preferred by customers for its exterior design, performance, and other features. Now, a Monte Carlo Edition of the car has surfaced. This model will be launched on May 9. The Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition is based on the top of the line Style variant. It is expected to be available in both 1.0L and 1.5L petrol engine options. Also, this edition is likely to come in Red and White colour options. Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo Exterior & Interior
As you can see in the images above, the Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition features a blacked-out treatment on the grille and the bumper. This complements the Red colour model. The roof rails, outside rearview mirrors, and fog light also feature a similar theme. The new model features a new set of alloy wheels and 205/55 R17 tyres. The Monte Carlo edition badging can be seen on the front fenders and the boot lid. It gets a standard single pane sunroof only. Overall, when compared with the standard trims of Kushaq, the Monte Carlo Edition looks quite distinct and aggressive.

On the inside, the Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo gets an all-new fully digital instrument cluster (similar to the Slavia). The cabin also features a dual-tone red-black upholstery with prominent Monte Carlo badging all across. The seats, dashboard, and centre console also carry the dual-tone theme. Additional highlights include automatic headlamps, auto-dimming rearview mirror, automatic wipers, ventilated front seats, a 6-speaker sound system, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and all-LED headlamps.

The Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition will be powered by a 1 litre 115 hp/ 1.5 litre 150 hp engine. For transmission, it comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. Customers can also choose a 6-speed torque converted unit with the 1-litre motor and a 7-speed DSG with the 1.5-litre motor. The Special Edition model is likely to cost Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,00,000 more than the top-spec Kushaq Style variant. Currently, the compact SUV is priced in the range of Rs 10.99 lakh – Rs 18.19 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India).
