A Yezdi Adventure owner spills the beans on why he went for it rather than the popular Royal Enfield Himalayan. Check out the reasons by the owner himself.
This video captures the reasons by a Yezdi Adventure owner why he didn’t opt for the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Bike lovers, especially off-road enthusiasts, consider Himalayan the go-to option. Its off-roading capabilities are well-established. Yezdi Adventure is a relatively new bike in the market, although it has been in the market traditionally since decades. Also, it caters to slightly less adventurous and more everyday users. Let us summarise these reasons stated in the video.

Yezdi Owner On Royal Enfield Himalayan
A YouTuber goes in to interview the man who was in the showroom right after he bought the Yezdi Adventure. He asks him why he chose this. The owner comes with points like his use case. He intends to use his bike primarily for highway touring. The off-roading trips for him will be rare and it makes no sense to go for an off-road-focused bike. Another reason he mentions is the fact that the Himalayan has become very common while the Yezdi is a fresh product. He wanted a bike with good ground clearance and the exhaust of the Yezdi sits quite high from the ground. Not to mention, the power and torque figures of the Yezdi are higher than that of the Himalayan.
Specs
Speaking of power and torque figures, the Yezdi Adventure churns out 30 hp and 30 Nm from the 334-cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine. Mated to this powerful engine is a 6-speed constant mesh type gearbox. The double-cradle frame of the Yezdi has a telescopic fork and coil spring at the front and a monoshock absorber with coil spring and linkage mechanism at the rear. There are disc brakes at both ends with a 21-inch wheel at the front and 17-inch at the rear. The 188 kg bike has a fuel tank capacity of 15.5-litre.
