The Tata Harrier is easily one of the best cars from Tata Motors. It combines a powerful engine with great looks. The 5-seater SUV features Hyundai-sourced automatic transmission, Land Rover Discovery-sourced L550 platform, and more. However, car enthusiasts are always coming up with new iterations and modifications. Automobile designers are now using various modern techniques to improve the final results. Now, a group of designers has skillfully modified the 2022 Harrier XMA into Safari XZA from the inside. Let’s take a closer look!

As you can see in the YouTube video by Car Stylein, the modified 2022 Harrier XMA comes with fully modified interiors like the Tata Safari XZA. This includes customized seats, 9D flooring, leather wrap steering wheel, and more. The rear seats get an armrest with a cup holder. The new dashboard features a carbon finish with a glossy pattern. Even the gear console’s side panel has been given a glossy look like Safari. Overall, the interiors look pretty cool with Silver highlights. The doors get leather and carbon finish handles. The rear doors also get extra storage. The approximate cost for the whole transformation was around Rs 40,000. Tell us what you think of the new modification job.
The Tata Harrier is powered by a Fiat-sourced 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel motor that offers a maximum power of 170PS and a peak torque of 350Nm, paired with a standard 6-speed MT and an optional 6-speed torque converter. The popular SUV comes with dual-tone alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, and an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Safety features include an electronic stability program, ABS with EBD, and dual front airbags. The Tata Harrier comes with a price tag of Rs 14.39 – 21.19 Lakh (ex-showroom). It comes in six variants – XM, XT, XT+, XZ, and XZ+. There is even a Dark Edition.

On the other hand, the Tata Safari offers little extra than the Harrier. The fully-loaded SUV offers a comfortable ride in the toughest weather conditions. It is powered by a 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine that outputs 170PS of peak power and 350Nm of torque. It combines Tata Motors’ Impact 2.0 design language with the OMEGARC architecture. The transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a Hyundai-sourced 6-speed automatic unit. Additional features include ESP Terrain response modes and Multi Drive Modes. The ex-showroom price of the Tata Safari starts at Rs 14.99 lakh (going up to Rs 23.17 lakh).
